Elements is a unique setting for Baby and Wedding Showers, Graduation Parties, Reunions, Milestone Birthday Parties, Fundraisers, and Many Other Celebrations!
$150.00 per hour, minimum of 3 hours with a one hour set-up and half hour clean-up included. Any additional hours needed for decorating and set-up will be charged at an hourly rate of $100 per hour.
A written agreement between the host and Elements Venues will need to be signed and returned with a non-refundable $150 deposit to hold your event date. Full payment due 2 weeks prior to your event.
We are a LCB Licensed Venue, this means that no outside beverages (even non-alcoholic) may be brought into our venue by host or their guests. Please review Beverage Package page for contact and pricing information.
Options for Catering and Food- For small events (non weddings) hosts are permitted to bring their own food, prepared prior to arrival. (Elements does not have kitchen facilities)
If host chooses not to bring in their own food, or use our preferred caterers 2 Ladies and a Gentleman Catering or Salsa Sam's Eatery and use an outside caterer for full service catering there is a $2 per person additional charge.
